David Frazier is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional, independent financial advisor, and Certified Public Accountant with nearly 30 years of experience helping clients achieve their financial goals.

David began his investment advisory career in 1997 with Morgan Stanley in Dayton, Ohio, and has provided comprehensive investment and financial guidance ever since. He now serves exclusively as a fee only Investment Advisor Representative with Kapstone Financial Advisors, offering fiduciary investment advisory and financial planning services.

Before joining Kapstone, David served as a financial advisor with the Kovack Financial Network, where he provided clients with access to brokerage and custodial services through National Financial Services LLC, a Fidelity Investments company. Earlier in his career, he spent six years as a registered representative with Morgan Stanley. Prior to entering the financial advisory profession, David worked as a Finance Manager in Financial Planning and Analysis at AK Steel (formerly Armco, now part of Cleveland Cliffs) in Middletown, Ohio.

David earned his bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

He and his wife, Connie, live in Springboro and enjoy spending time with their two grown children and five grandchildren.
