Randy Kronour

Sr. Vice President

Randy takes a comprehensive look at a client’s entire financial plan, including cash reserves, debt management, assets, investments, protection and taxes. He then works to help those he serves meet their financial goals and future needs. His passion about financial planning and investments, as well as the honest advice he gives, engenders lasting relationships with clients that can span decades and, often, even generations. It’s his objective to help his clients feel more confident in the path they’ve set toward their financial future.

Prior to joining KapStone Financial Advisors in 2018, Randy held the role of financial advisor with Ameriprise Financial for nine years. Before that, he served in the same role with Smith Barney from 2006 to 2009 and with Edward Jones from 1999 to 2006. Randy also held the high-level role of manufacturing executive for 19 years, from 1980 to 1999.

Randy earned his associate’s degree in business administration from Ohio Northern University in 1972 before going on to earn his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wright State University. Randy received his master’s in business administration from the University of Dayton in 1980.

An active member of his community, Randy serves as a board member and past chairman for Countryside YMCA. He is also a board member for Solutions Community Counseling and Recovery Centers and a past board member and president of the Lebanon Rotary Club.

Originally from Kettering, Randy makes his home in Lebanon with his wife, Dianne. The pair have four children: J. Parker, Sarah, David and John. When he’s not in the office, Randy enjoys being involved with his church, Lebanon United Methodist Church, and volunteering with his local mental health agency. He can also often be found playing tennis and golf.
